On March 21, 2024, SBR raffled off 2 baskets in celebration of World Down Syndrome Day! Each basket was comprised of items created or sold by an individual with Down Syndrome.

The gals basket included a Tank top from 21 Pineapples Co, a Messenger Bag from Candidly Kind by Grace Key, BBQ Sauce from Matthew’s Bonfire BBQ, and Cookies From Collettey’s Cookies. Our lucky winner of the gals basket was Genine Denofa! Genine loved her basket and her favorite part were the cookies!

For the guys, the basket included a Hawaiian Shirt from 21 Pineapples Co, BBQ Necessities (Sauce, Meat claws, and grill towel) from Matthew’s Bonfire BBQ, Cookies from Collettey’s Cookies, and 4 Tickets to Down Syndrome Awareness Night at the Phillies. Doug Petersen was the lucky winner of the guys basket and attended the Phillies game on Saturday, April 20 with his friends and family, sporting the new Phillies City Connect Jersey! It was a beautiful night for a Phillies game and the Phillies were victorious over the Chicago White Sox with a score of 9-5.
